SmartBozo Labs is a place to explore, experiment, and ship. We make small, useful software, sometimes for fun, sometimes for revenue, always to learn. Some products graduate into businesses. Others teach us what not to build next. Either way is fine by us.
Most ideas die. That is fine. Curiosity is the cheapest form of research, and the best filter is shipping. We chase questions before answers and stay honest about what we do not yet know.
Build the smallest version. Put it in front of real people. Watch what happens. Every product here runs through a six axis validation playbook before code is written. Score below the line, the idea is killed early and cheaply.
When something earns its way through validation, we build it properly. Design that respects the user, code that does not pretend to be magic, AI used as a tool and not as a costume.

I run SmartBozo Labs with a small crew of excited interns. Behind it sit 14+ years across startups, corporates, and a business of my own. Procurement, sales, strategy. Manufacturing, home appliances, tech, food. The last five were at Rebel Foods, where I ended as Chief of Staff, leading work across Strategic Initiatives, Customer Experience, and India / MENA / UK businesses.
Today I split my time between consulting for companies on AI and operations, and building small products under this lab with the crew. Some are tools I wished existed. Others are bets on where things are going. All of them are excuses to keep my hands in the work.
